What can you get a unique woman? A unique gift, of course. Here are some examples and gift ideas that you may not have thought of:

Name A Star
Can you imagine the feeling she’ll get when she knows that somewhere out in the universe, there is a star named just for her? There are a few online registries where you can not only name the star, but she’ll receive a picture of it, a certificate (and some companies even offer jewelry, too.).

If you’re going to do this, don’t wait until the last minute to order it. Allow enough time for the information to arrive in the mail.

Personalized Photo Album
When there are digital photos that are worthy of being immortalized, upload them into an online photo company and create a personalized photo album. You’ll have a choice of designs, covers, and layouts. You’ll be able to type in text that will be printed next to the photos. It is printed and shipped directly for you, already bound. Voila.

These are great for mothers, girlfriends, and sisters. I know a guy who created a photo book for his sister, filled with pictures of when they were kids. It was touching and heartfelt – and in this case, these pictures were worth more than a few thousand words.

Is this woman artistic? Does she paint, sculpt, draw? Art supplies are not cheap, and often it’s a luxury to buy good paint or canvas. Consider giving a gift set of acrylics or oils or even a pastel/pencils set.

If she’s “crafty”, then a gift certificate to a local crafts supply store is perfect. There are also craft classes that she might want to take – she’ll be able to practice her craft and take it home.

Metaphysical Gifts
If she believes in past lives, tarot cards, and the life after this one, then consider books to help her along the path. She may also enjoy a psychic reading or class on auras. Check into local metaphysical stores for more information. While you’re there (and if she’s expressed any interest in these items), you can pick up crystals, oils, aromatherapy sets, or even some incense.

The Homebody
We all know someone who just likes to be at home. For these women, creating a warm, comfortable environment is important. Find items that will increase her level of comfort. Books and games are often a safe bet. If she likes a particular type of TV show, then purchase a DVD set of the show itself.

Remember that every woman considers herself unique, so when you give her the gift, remind her that you purchased the gift with her uniqueness in mind. She’ll appreciate it.
